The Seiko QXM616SRH adds a sense of whimsy to the Melodies in Motion collection with its hot air balloon drifting beneath a blue sky toward a distant castle. An elegant ivory frame with gold accents frames the scene, and on the hour the balloon glides around the dial while one of forty fine melodies plays, each with its own opening and closing sequence. Three crystals on the balloon catch the light, and a light sensor, demonstration button, and volume control give you full say. Quartz movement and four included C batteries keep it running; it measures about 15 x 15 x 3.8 inches.
