The Citizen Promaster Dive EO2028-06L is a smaller 36.5mm version built for women who want serious dive capability. The silver-tone stainless steel case has an easy-grip bezel and a screw-down crown at 4 o'clock. The deep blue dial is set with oversized applied markers and luminous accents, plus a splash of orange at the seconds hand for quick readability. A date window at 4 o'clock adds everyday practicality. Power comes from the Eco-Drive E168, so it runs on light alone.
