The PCAT—a Citizen atomic timekeeping model—pairs a 43mm rose gold-tone stainless steel case with a green dial that adds character. The sapphire crystal protects a dial that mixes subdials, a date window, and a power reserve indicator. It's powered by the Eco-Drive E660, which syncs time wirelessly to atomic clocks in 24 time zones, and it also features a 1-second chronograph, perpetual calendar, alarm, and 12/24 hour display.
