The Hometown Mickey Mouse watch starts a travel series with a sepia-toned dial showing Mickey leaving Marceline, Missouri, on a steam engine, with a minute track that looks like train rails. The 42mm gold-tone stainless steel case frames a brass dial, and the design is by Disney artists John and Shelley Loter. This watch runs on the Eco-Drive caliber J800, so it never needs a battery.

The brown leather strap is embossed and fastens with a buckle, adding a vintage touch. The case back features an etched suitcase with a destination sticker, along with the words Time to Fly and Since 1928. Water resistance to 100 meters makes it suitable for swimming.
