The case is finished in 5-micron 18k gold plating over stainless steel, with stepped flanks and a long sweeping arc for comfort and presence. Under a double-curved sapphire crystal, the rich black dial wears gold-tone hour markers and hands, with Sinatra's fedora at 12 o'clock and a subtle date window at 6 o'clock.

A see-through case back reveals the Swiss automatic movement with 25 jewels and a 42-hour power reserve, customized with the Sinatra family crest, while a brown calfskin strap with a matching gold-plated foldover buckle finishes it.
