The Bulova 96P221 Regatta is a petite watch with distinctive style, built around a 24mm silver-tone stainless steel case. Its lustrous black mother-of-pearl dial is set with 11 diamonds, and signature Regatta touches include the crown positioned at 2 o'clock and the boldly angled lugs.
